Downtown Huntington Beach and Newport Beach are just minutes away. Our community is 1/4 mile from Orange Coast College and four miles from shopping and dining areas. We happily offer studios, one, two and three bedroom apartments with versatile floor plans that will fit your style! Some of our homes have been given a complete makeover and feature black name brand appliances, stainless steel refrigerators, breakfast bars, wall-to-wall wardrobe closets, stackable washers and dryers and stunning water views.
